Really hopeful

My early pregnancy signs monitor is at 71 points. My temps jumped up at 13DPO, although I didn't take my temp at the right time. But I got a BFN today. So I don't know what to think. I'm just going to try to be patient...

God, please let me be pregnant. Please. Amen.
