Third Trimester

Wow - I am 28 weeks today and have officially entered my third trimester no matter how you slice it. I can't believe Baby Lua and I have been getting to know one another for so long, but even more amazing is that we are going to be meeting each other face to face in 84 days. I'm so excited.

So far so good with my health. I've had some pretty bad pelvic pain and now have muffled hearing for some strange reason, but overall, I feel really great. My little one moves around a ton, but she hasn't hurt me yet. I get Braxton-Hicks contractions every once in a while, but they don't hurt. They just feel odd.

Next week I go in for my glucose test. I keep reading about how horrible the drink is, but I can't imagine it's truly that bad. We'll see when I get there. I just hope to pass the test. I really, really, really don't want to have to go on a special diet. I hear the GD diet is awful!
